JUDGES from Britain in Bloom will arrive in Saltburn today to assess the town in the coastal resort category for populations of 20,000 and under.
Saltburn made it into the national finals for the fourth year in a row after winning the regional Northumbria in Bloom competition for the fifth year running.
Bob Sweet, chairman of the Britain in Bloom judges, and colleague Sue Rodrigues will tour the town tomorrow.
The tour will include visiting the entrance to the town, the bowls club and taking a miniature rail ride through the Valley Gardens. It will conclude at Emmanuel Church, where refreshments will be served.
