WEEPING Helgi Brown told last night how she would never feel justice had been done for her tragic daughter, Lilli.
The beautiful 17-year-old was found dead in a Stockton house after a party at the beginning of this year.
And, although the two people who supplied her with drugs admitted their crime yesterday, Mrs Brown said she would never be lifted out of the depths of grief she has suffered since her daughter's death.
Last night, she was distraught as she spoke of being in court and having to sit in the same room as the two people, Lisa Brown and Anthony Gibben, who have admitted responsibility for supplying the killer drugs to her daughter.
She said: "They couldn't even look at me. They showed no remorse, but just stood there with blank faces. They just don't seem to care at all.
"Nothing that happens will ever bring Lilli back, and that's all I want. Even if they go to prison, they will not be in for long.
"The only way I would feel justice had been done would be if they were six feet under."
Tragedy has made her strengthen her resolve against the peddlers of misery who supply drugs to influential young teenagers.
Even at Lilli's funeral, she was determined everyone should know the truth about her daughter's death.
In front of the 200-strong congregation who gathered to say a tearful goodbye to the bright young girl, Helgi stood up bravely and, with a quivering voice, told mourners that several people had been responsible for her daughter's death, and she hoped they would be brought to justice.
She said: "Lilli did not purposely kill herself - she would not do that to her family because she loved us too much."
Police launched an investigation which led them to the defendants.
Only days after Lilli's death, still fresh with anger and grief, Mrs Brown confronted a known drug dealer who lived in her street.
In a dramatic doorstep confrontation, she told him "do you know what has happened to my daughter?"
"He just laughed in my face," she said angrily.
A family friend, who did not want to be named, said last night: "Lilli was a really beautiful girl.
"She could have had her pick of any man.
"She knew what drugs did to people, she was sensible. I can't believe she would have taken any.
"All we can think is that someone got her very drunk, or she had her drink spiked. Everyone who knew her knew she wouldn't have done anything stupid."
