PEOPLE who make use of aids or home adaptations for the disabled or elderly are being invited to make their views about the service known.
A special meeting has been arranged by Stockton Borough Council for people who are currently using, have needed aids, adaptations or equipment, or are still waiting for aids and equipment provided by the council or the NHS to voice their opinions.
However, it is not just the people for whom the aids, adaptations and equipment are provided who are being invited to submit their views.
Carers, relatives and friends of people who have used the service are also invited to attend.
The meeting takes place on Monday, September 2, and will give people an opportunity to talk to councillors on Stockton council's health and social care select committee members in small groups or on a one-to-one basis in an informal setting.
The meeting will be held in the lecture theatre, Stockton Central Library, Church Road, Stockton between 4.30pm and 6.30pm.
For more details about the meeting contact Laura Hawksby on (01642) 393067.
