A LIVING doll came to the region this weekend to meet some of her fans.
The real life Barbie was at the Toymaster store in Darlington's Cornmill shopping centre on Saturday as part of a nationwide promotional tour. Dressed in her trademark pink, Barbie signed autographs and posed for photographs with young fans, including four-year-old Courtney White, from Spennymoor. A billion Barbie dolls have been sold worldwide since the toy was launched 40 years ago.
