HEALTHY lifestyles are on the menu next month at Billingham Forum when health and fitness advisors will be available to offer advice for people wishing to change their life for the better.
The Healthy Lifestyle event will not just look at sport and exercise, but a whole way of life.
There will be experts offering advice on healthy eating, blood pressure testing, holistic therapies and beauty treatments.
There will also be a chance to try some forms of fitness including a Tai Chi taster session, sequence dancing, line dancing and a health walk.
The event, on Monday, September 16, is being run by Stockton Borough Council's sports development officers and is aimed at all the council's leisure saver members and those involved with Exercise on Prescription. It runs from 9am to 1pm.
