Hunwick crashed to just 21 all out when they hosted Tudhoe from whom Smalley claimed five wickets for five runs.
Tudhoe went on to win easily losing just one wicket.
Esh Winning also enjoyed a comfortable victory when they visited Crook Town. Batting first Esh reached 83 for the loss of five wickets and McKenna was the top scorer with 25 while in the Crook attack Formosa captured two wickets for 23 runs.
When they went into bat Crook Town managed just 54 for nine as Eddie Watson claimed four wickets for a mere five runs and Timmens had figures of two for 19.
Ushaw Moor were comfortable victors over Brandon. Scott Nattress (22) Keogan (26) and Wilson (47) led Ushaw Moor to 118 for six before Brandon were restricted to 74 for four.
Bishop Auckland totalled only 59 for four against Sedgefield at Kingsway and lost by five wickets and Etherley had 19 runs in hand of Mainsforth.
Carl McGregor finished undefeated on 69 and Chris Renshaw scored 35 when Etherley batted first and realised 129 for five. Ian Thompson took four of the five wickets to go down for 27 runs.
When Mainsforth replied they ended on 110 for five of which Patterson carried his bat for 29 while for Etherley, Raine took two for seven and Luke two for 34.
In a rearranged fixture Brandon defeated Crook Town by eight wicket. Faced with a target of 97 Brandon were well served by Andrew Johnson (48no) and Gary Brown with an unbeaten 31. When Crook made first use of the wicket and totalled 96 for five almost half their score came from Bowey with 45
