COMMEMORATIVE coins to mark the Queen's Golden Jubilee have been delivered to children by their local councillor.
The youngsters, aged up to 16, received the coins from Councillor John Armstrong, who took them to each home on behalf of Evenwood and Barony parish council.
Those receiving the coins were: Sophie Henderson, Abigail Tallentire, Laura Wakefield, Nicola Smith, Emily, Lucy and Jackson Raw, Nicholas McKenley, Jennifer, Jasmine and Andrew Heworth; Peter Ridley, Jacob Bradford Parker, Dominic and Andrew Garside, Leah Dennis, Jonathan and Jamie Todd, Katy and Adam Dobinson, Christopher and Rachael Higgins, Alice Redfearn, Phillip Gonsalves; Ben and Jack Phewiva, Natalie Wood, Amy Sedgewick, Stacey and Amy Wall, Jasmine Collins, Matthew and Alexandra Jefferson, Liam Lyons, Daniel and Ashley Straughan, Stephen Edmunds, Sarah Jane Linsley and Emma Suddick.
