Two goals in the last minute from Fulham, spoilt Middlesbrough's record buy as Maffimo Maccarone's home bow at the Riverside this afternoon.
Maccarone, an 8.15 million pound buy from Italian side Empoli, struck two fine goals but they proved not enough for Boro.
His first after 32 minutes was a well taken half volley, his second a superb near post header from impressive Johnathon Greening's cross on 50 minutes.
But Fulham pair Sean Davis and Facundo Sava grabbed two last gasp goals to deny the hosts their first premiership win of the season.
