LARRY the Ladybird and Becky the Bee have got the holiday bug - and are hoping to give summer visitors a real buzz.
The fancy dress insects are inviting children to Lingfield Farm Countryside Centre to cheer the pupils up at the end of their holidays. The centre is holding a community fun day which will include face painting, a bouncy castle and a football tournament organised by Coulby Newham junior football club.
A variety of craft sessions will also be on offer, as well as storytelling sessions and a visit from Middlesbrough's dog warden for anyone wanting to get their pet microchipped.
The fun day will run from 11am to 2pm on Sunday at the centre, in Mount Pleasant Way, Coulby Newham.
