WALKING WHEELS: Wear Valley Disability Access Forum is launching its Walking With Wheels guide next Friday, at 2pm, in the conference room at the Dales Centre, Stanhope. Government Chief Whip and North West Durham MP Hilary Armstrong is the guest of honour.
CHARITY EVENT: Teesdale Cancer Research Committee is holding a wine and savoury evening at Low Startforth Hall East, on September 6.
