Redcar Glazing got away to a good start by holding last season's champions to a 2-2 draw.
Paul McCulloch scored both Redcar Glazing goals but Priory hit back with goals from Robert Donnelly and Craig Massey.
Jack and Jill had a field day at home to Parklands running out victors by 6-0. Andy King got their one goal before the break but second half saw Chris Dean score twice, Joe Hanratty adding number four. Shaun Strike made it nap and a great solo goal from Ashley McGregor rounding up the score.
D&E Locksmith had to pull out all the stops before over coming Big W's David McGowan and Stephen Gordon put D&E two up. But Big W hit back with three on the trot. Paul Longstaff scored a good individual goal then Aaron Thompson scored twice to put Big W in front. D&E went on to all out attack but it took an own goal to bring them back on terms. Once they got in front D&E went on to score six. Lee Hesletine and Jonathan Kamara claimed two each, so who is claiming the own goal?
Boosbeck St Aiden's made Cleveland Inn go all the way in a 6-3 defeat. At one point Boosbeck lead 3-2 but the better fitness of Cleveland Inn told in the end. Ray Woodhouse knocked in a hat trick, John Ryan got two and sub Neil McKenna one for Cleveland Inn.
SIFC Org found their debut in league football out of their depth going down by 12 goals to one at home to Priestfields.
Iceland beat Lingdale FCC by five goals to one but the game was closer than the score suggests. Dave Wood in the Iceland goals was named man of the match. Lingdale took the lead but Iceland hit back with two before the break. Mick Martin opened for Iceland and Gary Owens got their second. Early second half Darren Turley made it three with a shot from distance and then repeated the act with number four. Craig Owens wrapped up the scoring late on to give Iceland a nap hand of goals.
