FOUR men have been committed for trial at Teesside Crown Court charged with conspiring to steal property worth £1,786 from cooker maker Electrolux.
Jeffrey Leigh Charlton, aged 29, of Allergate, Durham, Hugh Joseph Rowley, 41, of Chilside Road, Gateshead, Clive Thomas Hollingsworth, 41, of Delaval, Chester-le-Street, and 30-year-old Wayne Richard Butler, of Coniston Road, Ferryhill, were bailed to appear at a plea and directions hearing on September 26.
The charges relate to a three-day period in July, Sedgefield magistrates sitting at Newton Aycliffe were told.
