A quayside development on Tyneside is proving to be a big hit with businesses.
Firms and investors are flocking to St Peter's Basin, with a chartered surveyor reporting three property transactions in the last month.
Naylors clinched the hat-trick of deals on behalf of a variety of clients, proving there are good opportunities at St Peter's.
Naylors has sold the 2,900sq ft office suite at 7 and 8, St Peter's Basin, to Pens Pen, and 12, St Peter's Basin, a tenanted property, has been sold to a private investor.
Meanwhile, 3, St Peter's Wharf has been leased on behalf of another private investor to lastnightoffreedom .co.uk which arranges stag nights across the country.
Fergus Laird, director of Naylors, said: "Interest in St Peter's Basin continues to grow and we are experiencing an increase in demand for office space there.
"With growing popularity, combined with central location and the potential of good rental income, St Peter's Basin is looking to be a sound investment for owner occupiers, tenants and private investors alike."
