YOUNGSTERS at a Darlington nursery are spending a month learning about life in China.
The project, for the children from Kids and Co in Darlington, includes learning about Chinese food, language and traditions.
A Chinese restaurant has been set up in one area of the nursery and the children have been given the chance to dress up in authentic costumes.
A spokeswoman for the nursery said: "The month of events is part of the Me and Myself theme where the children learn about different cultures.
"Later in the month, we will be having a special Chinese day when the children can put into practice everything they have learnt."
