Darlington Arts Centre is staging a four-day festival of live music and real ale next week.
The centre and the Darlington branch of the Campaign for Real Ale (Camra) will present its annual Rhythm 'n' Brews spectacular, which starts on Thursday and runs till Sunday. The event, now in its 23rd year, attracts visitors from across the UK, Europe and America.
Camra will be offering 46 traditional real ales produced by small independent British breweries, farmhouse ciders and imported bottled beers.
A line up of music including Newcastle band Alice & Kicking, West Weston's Bluesonics, Boogie Men and the Aynsley Lister Band.
Music will continue on the Sunday in the Market Square and in town centre pubs.
