Crook League
The new season will begin on Wednesday, September 11 with two divisions of ten teams.
From last season Crook Olde Horse Shoe B have resigned, but there are new teams from Howden Australian and Crook King's Head, whilst Both Crook Golden Fleece and Crook Jelly's Bar will be running B teams.
The First Division will be made up of Crook Olde Horse Shoe, Crook Travellers Rest A and B, Crook Belle Vue, Crook Mill House, Crook Coach and Horses A, Crook Royal Sun, Crook Queen's Head A, Crook Spitfire Club and Crook White Swan.
The teams in the Second Division will be Willington Market, Crook Jelly's Bar A and B, Crook Golden Fleece A and B, Crook Surtees, Crook Coach and Horses B, Crook Queen's Head B, Howden Australian and Crook King's Head.

Quarter final results: Peter McGowan (Sherburn Village) lost to Jimmy Evans (Shotton Palms); Ronnie Peacock (Wheatley Hill A) beat John Hall (Brandon); Scott Mallaburn (Sherburn Village) beat Adrian Twist (Sherburn Village); Dave Walker (Wheatley Hill A) beat Sonny Hann (Crowtrees).
Semi-finals: Jimmy Evans (Shotton Palms) v Scott Mallaburn (Sherburn Village) on Wednesday, September 18 at Fishburn to be refereed by Arnold Fleming of Crook Belle Vue.
Dave Walker (Wheatley Hill) v Ronnie Peacock (Wheatley Hill) at Wheatley Hill on Wednesday, September 18 to be refereed by Alan Greener of Sherburn Village.
Both matches are the best of five frames and start at 7.30pm.
