Plans for a lean-to conservatory at Albert Street, Crook, have been approved.
Councillors refused permission to build three homes on land to the rear of the Deerness Estate, Tow Law.
Plans for a car park at the Brotherlee Caravan Park, Westgate, have been approved after a site visit.
