MARKETING agency Rocket Science has won a contract for conservatory firm Ultraframe.
The Middlesbrough-business will develop a customer marketing strategy across France for Ultraframe, following the success of similar activity in the UK.
As well as providing strategic recommendations on how to make further inroads into the French market, Rocket Science will be providing in-depth analysis to show the size of the French conservatory systems marketplace, and the potential the market holds for Ultraframe France.
Nick Gale, Ultraframe's UK managing director, said: "The work Rocket Science has done for us in the UK has been significant in helping us to gain an in-depth understanding of our customers which is now enabling us to communicate more effectively and improve our profitability.
"Our next target is to tap the potential of the French marketplace, and Rocket Science will play an important part in helping us to achieve our objectives on the continent."
Rocket Science will construct a matrix which segments Ultraframe's French customer base according to current and potential worth so that it is possible to target sales and marketing communications.
Vaughan Lonsdale, creative director of Rocket Science, said: "It has been exciting to see the impact of our work with Ultraframe in the UK, so we are looking forward to helping them to achieve similar success in France."
