THEATRE patrons can enjoy a host of new productions as Bishop Auckland Town Hall launches its autumn programme.
There will also be a full programme of activities aimed at all walks of life in the brochure, which is available now.
The adult season starts on Wednesday when Bishop Auckland theatre company Jacuzzi presents Love Sex and Cider.
For those who enjoy a bit of suspense, The Cat and The Fiddle could be one to watch from Wednesday, October 2, until Saturday, October 5, which will see Bishop Auckland Theatre Society take to the stage with a play by Lee Emsley.
Other performances to look out for include Doughnuts Like Fanny's by Julia Darling, Vigo, Falling Knives and Runaround Wives and Ghost Stories by Candlelight.
For children there are activities for the under-fives at Twiglets and craft sessions for the under-eights with Krafty Kids.
Youngsters can also enjoy their first taste of the theatre by going along to see Not Now Bernard and Other Monster Stories, The Nightwatch, Big Sister, Little Brother and Rumplestiltskin.
Live music is also a crowd puller with a variety of different styles of concerts to include jazz (Peter King), country (Ann Breen) and folk (Pete Coe).
Book lovers will also get the chance to meet authors Kitty Fitzgerald, Liz Gill and Julia Darling.
The year ends with Santa's Grotto, a Christmas craft fair and the Magical Sounds of Christmas.
