Leaders Kirby Sigston won for the 17th time in 21 outings defeating Stafford Place by 20 runs.
Batting first, Kirby Sigston were all out for just 124 which included 43 by Thompson while for Stafford Place Smith was on splendid form with the ball and he claimed six wickets for just 50 runs.
In reply, Stafford Place were given a good send off by openers Lawrence (23) and Connor (24) but the innings closed on 104 as Kendrew returned 5-43 and Clarkson 5-31.
Screwton had six wickets to spare when they overtook the Hutton Rudby total of 139-9. Dave Barker made one six and five boundaries in an unbeaten 58 and Brian Barritt contributed 40 with five boundaries, as victory was secured in 37 overs.
Following a slightly delayed start, Hutton Rudby batted 40 overs for their total which included a useful 35 by Fielding with two sixes and two fours. Barritt had a good day with the ball for Screwton sending down 20 overs and returning figures of 4-55 while Trevor Howe claimed three wickets for 52 runs in 12 overs.
Broughton and Kirby totalled 175 for the loss of just one wicket in their home fixture with Crathorne. Crook batted throughout the innings for an undefeated 94 and Robinson added 54. When Crathorne went to the wicket they could only manage 108 all out as Smith took six for 53 and Briddock 4-52.
Ingleby Greenhow won for the third time but are still bottom of the table. They restricted Chop Gate to 139-6 which included 35 by Holtby and in the Ingleby Greenhow attack Fawcett claimed three wickets for just 35 runs and Jones took 2-21.
When they replied, Ingleby Greenhow lost a couple of early wickets before Fawcett, with an unbeaten 61 and Thompson (43no) put together an unbeaten century partnership for the third wicket.
Thimbleby drew their match at Maltby after totalling 162 for seven. Barningham opened the innings scoring 26 and Cowton made 40 before Garbutt finished undefeated on 64. Five of the seven wickets to fall were taken by Barber for 50 runs.
When they replied, Maltby were 35-7 when the game ended. Thimbleby used six bowlers in their attack and the most successful was Jason with two wickets for four runs.
