A CHARITY in Darlington is hoping to grant a wish for a blind or partially-sighted person in the town.
The Lions Club is hosting a Grant-a-Wish competition to mark World Sight Day on October 10.
The charity would like to hear from anyone who is blind or partially-sighted, who would like a wish granted. A committee will judge the entries and Lion members will try to grant the winning wish.
Entries can be submitted in writing to 49 Marwood Crescent, Darlington, DL3 0UJ, or by phone, on (01325) 380661 by October 5.
