Youngsters from a Hartlepool school watched a gymnastic performance by a world champion yesterday.
Greg Silvester, the Special Olympics World Gymnastic Champion, who has Down's syndrome showed the youngsters from Catcote School what they can achieve.
The 23-year-old has represented England numerous times and has won numerous medals.
In 2000, he was the only British athlete chosen to carry the Olympic flame on its journey from Athens to Sydney.
The youngsters were yesterday given the chance to have a look at a replica of the torch and to see Greg's medals.
Greg will be at the Middleton Grange Shopping Centre in Hartlepool until Saturday demonstrating one arm push-ups.
All the money raised from the display will be donated to Catcote School.
