CHRIS Turner last night admitted he would quite happily pay to watch his Hartlepool United side in action.
Pool sit on top of Division Three after taking 20 points from nine games and Victoria Park attendances have shot up this season.
Pool's trip to Bournemouth on November 12 was yesterday put back 24 hours for live coverage on Sky Sports and Turner admitted: "This team must be the best the supporters here have seen for a long, long time.
"I'm stood there on the sidelines and I'm thinking 'I'd pay money to watch this'.
"When they are playing at the top of their game, they play some fantastic football and we are one of the leading scorers in the League already.
"We've got 17 goals in nine games - almost two goals a game.''
Pool won two home games in four days this week, beating Darlington and Lincoln and Turner added: "Tommy Widdrington is back in the team and he compliments Mark Tinkler well in midfield and Ritchie Humphreys is playing superbly on the left wing.
"There was one move the other night against Lincoln when the goalkeeper saved a shot and there must have been 15 or 16 passes from one side of the pitch to the other and back again - fantastic football. You won't see better in the Premiership.
"That move was worthy of any Premiership game. Darrell Clarke was unlucky not to score in that move, but his enthusiasm and energy on the wing are endless.''
Turner takes his side to Bury tomorrow and added: "We had another good crowd in the other night and we want to keep that level up.
"But the season is full of ups and downs and the major thing of the season is how we bounce back when we slip up or give a poor performance.
"That's how the season is going to be determined, but the players are playing with a lot of confidence.
"We don't fear anybody in this division, certainly Colin West and I don't. We feel we have every chance.''
There are no Premiership games during the weekend of November12 as England play a Euro 2004 qualifier in Slovakia and Pool's game at Dean Court will kick-off at 3pm.
