A hat-trick from Ryan Pender against Whitley Bay Churches maintained Metro Church Sunderland's 100 per cent record.

Jesmond Parish Church, who have not lost in three matches, led Saint Peter's Low Fell 2-1 at the break, but explored in the second half running out 10-2 winners.

Lanchester Chapel got their first win and points of the season against Airport Church.
Peter Webster scored Lanchester's first only for Mark Huck to equalise shortly after. Andrew Sword put Lanchester back in front with Peter Ollivere stretching the lead to 3-1 but Steve Taylor pulled a goal back for a 3-2 score at half-time. Chris Petts put Lanchester back in control after the break and Karl Hepplwhite made it 5-2. Andrew Fliney rounded off the 5-3 scoreline.
A topsy-turvy match at Stakeford Methodist Church saw the lead change three times with Mark Coxon opening the scoring for Stakeford. Mark Langdown scored twice to Gave Bethshan a 2-1 lead at the break. Coxon squared the match at 2-2 with Damien Parr scoring the winner in the last five minutes for Bethshan to seal a 3-2 away win.
In the second division, Jesmond Parish Athenians continue to lead the table. They had to recover from an early setback, however, as Bethany Christian Centre were given a two-goal lead through Craig Richardson and David Angus. Jason Alexander and Keith Chambers soon replied to make it 2-2 at the break and from then on it was plain sailing for Jesmond. Alexander completed his hat-trick, Chambers got a second while Mark Davison added his name to the scoresheet as Athenians won comfortably 6-2.
Saint John's Snod's Edge moved into third place following a 3-1 win at Jesmond Parish Corinthians; Peter Cockburn (2) and Chris Atkin with the goals.Scott Martin was the Corinthians' goalscorer.
Two late strikes by hat-trick hero John Iley handed Stockton Baptist Tabernacle a share of the spoils against Saint Aiden Chapel Castington.
A goal from Sarn Storey for Whitley Bay Baptist Church after five minutes at City Church Newcastle was enough to claim a 1-0 win. Heaton Hearts arrived at Yarm Emmanuel with nine men and paid the price as Yarm won 4-1.
Marc Dale scored twice in the first half with David McQuillan grabbing another two in the second half. Duli Miah scored for Heaton.
