BIG NIGHT: Ouston Social Club's leek show presentation night will be held tomorrow.
FLOWER SHOW: The second early show of Chester-le-Street Chrysanthemum and Dahlia Society will be held from 2pm to 6pm on Saturday, next week, and from 10.30am to 4pm the following day in Dobbies Garden World.
CHRISTIAN COUNCIL: Birt-ley Christian Council will meet at 3.30pm on Wednesday, in the Oasis Christian Centre.
MUSIC FOR ALL: Peter Pengilly and his Friends will provide music for the Sacriston and District Everyman's Club at 7.30pm on Tuesday, in the lounge of St John's Court.

CIRCUIT MEETING: Circuit Network will start its annual meeting at 7.30pm on Wednesday in the meeting room of Chester-le-Steet Methodist Church.

HARVEST FESTIVAL: Lum-ley Methodist Church is holding its harvest festival tomorrow and Sunday in support of Euroaid, a Christian charity that works to relieve poverty in Eastern Europe. Proceeds from the harvest supper and quiz, which starts at 7pm tomorrow, will go towards transport costs for parcels.
ACOUSTIC NIGHT: The Beamish Mary Acoustic Club will be entertained by Maurice Dickson at 8.30pm on Wednesday.

CHARITY NIGHT: Mark McCann is performing in aid of Cafod at 8pm tonight in St Joseph's Parish Centre, Birtley. Tickets are £2.
