SUPERMARKET shoppers found more than they bargained for at the weekend as a big charity fundraiser came to town. Asda continued its support for Breast Cancer Care's Tickled Pink campaign at the Whinbush Way store in Darlington, on Saturday. A few brave men, including Northern Echo employee Alan Mooney were subjected to leg and chest waxes in the name of charity during a day of fun activities. The Tickled Pink charity drive has raised hundreds of thousands of pounds nationwide to fund research into breast cancer and support for sufferers.
