ONE of North Yorkshire's market town's has been given an image makeover with the launch of a new logo.
The Thirsk Regeneration Initiative asked local graphic designer Martyn King to come up with something suitable and the group has now adopted the logo, which features an arrow and a stylised T.
The launch of the new logo follows news that the campaign by Thirsk Regeneration Initiative was held up as an example by the Market Towns Association at the Action for Market Towns national conference in Ely this week.
TRI chairman Lindsay Ross said: "We feel that the new logo is dynamic and captures what the initiative is all about, which is regeneration and moving forward. It will now be featured on our letterhead and signage.
