The annual Stars in your Eyes talent show at Darlington College of Technology takes place tonight.
Youngsters from across Darlington will perform in the show, which is organised by the Community Education Service.
The doors open at 7pm and admission is £1 for adults and 50p for concessions.

CHARITY LIFT: Darlington councillor Tony Richmond is supporting MacMillan Cancer Relief's World's Biggest Coffee Morning fundraising event on Friday, by holding his own event in memory of his wife and former mayoress, Lyn, who died of cancer in 1999. The event will run from 10am to 1pm at 47 The Headlands, Darlington.
ARCADE APPLICATION: A company has applied for planning permission to open an amusement arcade in the Cockerton area of Darlington. Count Cash of Middlesbrough wants to turn a caf on Cockerton Green into a caf and amusement centre. Darlington Borough Council will make a decision on the application in the coming weeks.
INQUEST OPENINGS: Inquests into the deaths of George Atkinson, 76, of Orchard Street, Darlington; Elizabeth Suzanne Askew, 32, of Westcott Walk, Newton Aycliffe; and Paul Christopher James, 37, of Church Street, Bishop Middleham; were opened and adjourned yesterday.
