UP to 100 children will venture out on a "toddle-waddle" on Friday to raise money for the Meningitis Trust.
Young walkers and their families should meet at the playground opposite Bishop Auckland's KwikSave store at 10am, wearing yellow or fancy dress if possible and carrying a toy duck.
The route takes them to Woodhouse Close Church for an after-toddle party with face-painting, a tombola, balloon race, and side shows.
Organisers Sure Start Wear Valley have invited Bob the Builder and the Tweenies.
There will also be a demonstration of the tumbler test to check rashes for signs of meningitis. Telephone Wendy on (01388) 665665 to book a place.
