Westoe went ahead five minutes from half-time with their prop diving over the line from a set move five metres out after DMP gave away a penalty.
After the break DMP won the ball against the head through young hooker Kershaw and scrum half Radcliffe chipped and chased for a try.
Fifteen minutes later Steve Edwardson made a break from 12 metres out to put DMP 10-5 ahead and winger Marwin then made it 17-5 with a try he converted himself.
After 67 minutes Edwardson forced the Westoe scrum half to fumble and centre Liddell picked up the loose ball to run in DMP's last try. Westoe scored a converted consolation try in the 75th minute.
