A WOMAN who helps people free up their voices through energy releasing exercises is holding chanting and toning evenings at Darlington Arts Centre.
Susan Lever is a sound therapist, who also uses creative visualisation to help people stay balanced and happy.
She is holding open evenings at Darlington Arts Centre, in Vane Terrace, on October 2, October 23 and November 20 from 7.15pm to 9.15pm.
A Weekend of Good Vibes is also being staged at Hurworth Community Centre in conjunction with London Life Coach, Linda Andrews, on October 16 and 17, between 10am and 5pm at a cost of £90.
It includes workshops on chakra-balancing and accessing intuition.
For those who would like a holiday with a difference they can join the therapist in West Crete next September for her third successive year of sun, sea and sound relaxation.
