CRAGHEAD slumped to their first defeat of the season when they suffered a heavy 7-2 defeat in the Harkness Trophy at AK Leisure and with it a place in the semi-finals.

In the Durham Sunday Cup, Annfield Plain Cricket Club were edged out by the odd goal in three by Stockton West End while Towneley Arms were ousted 2-0- by former league rivals Pelton Fell Club.
