Lingdale YCC are doing well this season sitting in fifth position in the league having finished bottom last season.
They beat Big W 7-2 after being two down. Aaron Thompson put Big W two up but Lingdale pulled one back before the interval, Morgan Clode heading in. Second period saw Big W return to their generous ways at the back as Lingdale rattled up six goals. Morgan Clode completes his hat trick, Simon Daynes did likewise and Peter Winter got his first for his club.
Priestfield nearly pulled off a shock when they held Priory to a two-all draw.
James Donnelly put Priestfield ahead but Priory hit back twice to go 2-1 up at the break, Steven Atkins and Steve Thompson scoring. Dominating the second half, Priestfields pulled level when John Welsh scored and they thought that they had won the game with a late goal only to find the ref thought different.
Jack and Jill went down at home to Iceland 7-2. Paul Mythana put Iceland ahead then Liam Thompson and Craig Owen made it three and an own goal made it 4-0 to Iceland. Second period saw Jack and Jill hit back through Joe Hanratty then were thwarted by Iceland keeper before Iceland hit a purple patch with two goals from Thompson aand Mick Martin. Jack and Jill got their second from Chris Dean but another own goal made up Iceland's seven
D and E Locksmiths drew two-all with Redcar Glazing.
Dean Myers put Redcar Glazing in front but the Locksmiths tied the score from the penalty spot, Steve Gordon converting a goalkeeping error allowed Karl Eddon the chance to restore Redcar's lead. Ritchie Bullen equalised for d and E but neither team could find the winner.
Cleveland Inn had a field day against Parklands winning by 9-0. John Ryan scored five, Stuart Carter a hat trick and Chris Thompson for the odd one.
SIFG Org nearly pulled off the result of the season by going down by the odd goal in seven at home to League leaders Poverina.
The Pov leading 3-0 at the break got a shock when SIFG pulled it back to three-all, Poverina snatching a late winner.
