A MAN was beaten with a stick by youths as he walked along a busy road on Saturday evening.
The man was left with minor injuries after the gang, aged between 14 and 17, set upon him in Woodlands Road, Middlesbrough, at 8.15pm.
When the police arrived, the youths made off, apart from one who has since been released on police bail.
