THE case of two men accused of stealing tobacco, alcohol and £346 cash from a property in Middleton St George was sent to Teesside Crown Court by Darlington magistrates yesterday.
Paul Healey, 30, of Dryburn Road, Hardwick, Stockton, and Philip John Thomas, 18, of Mellor Street, Stockton, will appear at crown court on November 18.
ASSAULT CHARGE: The case against Phillip John Vickers, 25, of Rothbury Drive, Darlington, was adjourned by Darlington magistrates yesterday until October 22. He is accused of assaulting a woman in Darlington on September 8 .
CASE ADJOURNED: Stuart Mark Hume, 24, of Chapel Street, Middleton St George, appeared before Darlington magistrates yesterday, accused of stealing a gold chain from a house and the theft of a greenhouse frame and sink on September 18. The case was adjourned to October 31.
