BRITISH birds can be seen in full colour at a National Trust hall this month.
A stunning exhibition at Nunnington Hall near Helmsley captures the beauty of our island's birds in watercolour. Sixteen paintings will be on display until Sunday, November 3.
It is the first time that local gamekeeper and artist Trevor Hutchinson has exhibited his artwork.
The hall's property manager, Simon Lee, said: "We are very pleased to be showing Trevor's very first exhibition. The detail and quality of the paintings is outstanding and I feel sure it will be enjoyed by many visitors."
The watercolours include traditional favourites such as the kingfisher and the robin, through to game birds such as the grouse and partridge.
