SCORES of mourners packed into a Darlington church this morning for the funeral of street killing victim John Paul Robertson.
Friends and family of the 37-year-old bricklayer, from Brinkburn Road, attended the service at St Cuthbert's Church, in the town centre.
A mass of floral tributes was brought to the church, with the funeral cars bearing the words "Brother" and "Johnboy".
As well as the huge numbers attending the funeral, many people also watched from the market place.
Mr Robertson died on September 28 after being found with serious injuries by a passer-by on West Auckland Road, just yards from Cockerton police station.
