RETIRED Joe Smith has got his life back in gear.
He has been without a car since his 13-year-old vehicle was written off in a recent accident.
But now, Mr Smith of Marton, Middlesbrough, is back behind the wheel of a Peugeot 106 after winning first prize in a grand draw for Teesside Hospice.
Hospice fundraiser Jan Marron presented him with the car at the Arriva Garage, in Longlands, Middlesbrough.
