It was goals aplenty in the Archbold Trophy, Hurworth Otter & Fish were held by Bishopton Hoppers Transport to a single goal scored after five minutes by James Edwards until the last 25 minutes, a double substitution reaped rewards for Otter as both got among the goals, Simon Middlemiss netting four times with Johnathan Bell rounding off the scoring.

Some good goalkeeping by Newton Aycliffe Navy Clubs Nathan Winter restricted Darlington RA Youth on numerous occasions to a 6-3 win, in a gusty wind first half Youth went in two up, for Youth it was Craig Adamson who was on target this week with a hat-trick, Mark Ralph , Darren Kokes and an own goal being the other to hit the net, Wayne Pratt, Mark Silvester and John Shepherd replied for Navy Club.
Darlington Skerne Park Savers found Stillington The Royal who have found their form a little too much and went down 12-0, Paul Cleary did most damage hitting four, two went to Simon Hares, Wayne Muldowney and Mark Warnes with one apiece for Robert Crosby and a Jamie Farley pen.
Darlington The Mowden overcame a determined Darlington GSOB by seven goals to two, Ritchie Dodsworth and Callum Rielly both grabbed a pair, the remainder were shared equally by Steve Thompson, Jamie Applegarth and Mike Hetherington, David Black was on target for both the Old Boys goals.
In the league a goal in either half was enough to give Aycliffe Saints the points over Darlington Travellers Rest, defender Matty Cave scored from a corner in the first half with Micheal Cave knocking in the second half goal.
