A HOSPITAL trust has been praised for improving the working life of its staff.
External assessors spent three days at the South Tees Hospitals NHS Trust in Middlesbrough and decided it was a dynamic place to work.
The assessors - from the Government's Improving Working Lives scheme - praised the trust for its holistic cancer centre, spiritual care, training and development and healthy working training.
Nicky Levitt, assistant director of human resources, said: "It is very pleasing to have external people say you're making very good progress. "
