A credit card payment facility for airport car parking is about to be introduced.
The automated machine, in the arrivals area of Teesside Airport from next month, will allow people to pay for parking without having to queue at the information desk.
Airport commercial manager Richard Whitehouse said: "The ability to transfer from a plane to your car as quickly as possible is one of the key benefits of using your local airport, and we are pleased to be able to offer this facility.
"The credit card payment machine is one of several improvements to our car park product with other announcements, including a pre-bookable facility and a major redesign to the access roads, to be revealed shortly."
