A CHILD health co-ordinator and a theatre scenery maker will be stepping into the limelight later this month.
Michelle Coulson and Peter Archer will be taking lead roles in the Rodgers and Hammerstein musical Oklahoma, which is to be staged in Gateshead by Felling Stage Society.
Michelle, chairman of the society, and Peter, who owns a company that makes theatre scenery, are both well known on the Chester-le-Street acting circuit. Michelle also works as a child health co-ordinator in the town.
Oklahoma will be performed at the Dryden Centre in Low Fell, Gateshead, from Tuesday, October 22 to Saturday, October 26.
Performances begin at 7.15pm with a Saturday matinee at 2.30pm. Tickets are £7.50 and £6 and concessions are available. To book tickets ring (01207) 270596.
