A SCHOOL football team has a new kit thanks to Middleton St George Hospital.
The team is made up of boys and girls aged between four and 11.
Linda Stephens, operations manager at Middleton St George Hospital, presented the kit to the headteacher of Middleton St George Primary School, Mary Chadwick, football coach Mark Darling and the children from the school in the presence of Mayor Doris Jones.
Mrs Chadwick said: "Turning out in smart matching colours will really boost the team morale.
The players change from week to week, and so many pupils at the school now, and in future years, will reap the benefit.
