JOBSEEKERS are invited to learn about employment prospects at two fairs.
The events will be held at the Glebe Centre, Murton, on Wednesday, November 6, and at Peterlee Leisure Centre, on Wednesday, November 13, both from 10am to 3pm.
They will feature a wide range of local companies and are being staged by Easington District Council in partnership with Easington Action for Jobs.
Among those taking part will be major businesses from the booming call centre industry and retailers who are snapping up space at Dalton Park, the new retail and leisure development due to open next March.
Now in its fourth year, the annual jobs and training fair has proved a huge success in the past.
A council spokesman said: "Companies will be on the lookout for potential employees, and there will be dozens of jobs on offer, as well as training and educational opportunities."
