Northallerton 0 v 2 Stokesley: In Iwhat turned out to be an eventful game with the visitors Stokesley scoring a very early goal from a fast break resulting in a goal from Emma Thompson.
Northallerton settled quickly and were back in the game with Jo Lightfoot linking very well with Bettina Howard in midfield. Also with their new defensive pairing of Lisa Cleminson and Claire Pearson keeping the strong Stokesley forward line at bay with their early goal keeping them ahead at the half-time break.
Northallerton commenced the second half with determination putting Stokesley under pressure and after a break involving Lisa Cleminson, Hannah Chapman and Rachel Holden slotting the ball in from a very tight angle to beat Stokesley's keeper Terri Matthews, Northallerton continued to ply pressure which was well absorbed by the Stokesley defence.
With the final two minutes in sight Northallerton played well and deserved a share of the point, however, an oversight in timing extended the game by three minutes allowing Stokesley to score a second. Player of the match Lisa Cleminson for Northallerton and Donna Shaw for Stokesley.
Richmond 1 v 5 Mackinlay
In a tough game for Richmond, visitors Mackinlay started by exerting pressure and Richmond unable to counteract. Within minutes Mackinlay opened the scoring with goals from May Dowson and Sue Mason, Richmond having occasional break were unable to penetrate a tight and compact Mackinlay defence. A further two goals were scored from Mackinlay's Michelle Liebrick and Sue Mason scoring her second to give them a lead at half-time.
The second half saw Richmond on the counter attack with a quick break and good run from Storm Brackenberry to open the scoring for Richmond, who were unable to continue pressure on Mackinlay defence and Mackinlay were allowed another goal in the half from Bev Flett. Richmond's keeper Colleen McGourley and her defence stopped any further serious attempts on goal. Player of the match Colleen McGourley for Richmond and for Mackinlay Sue Mason.
Norton 4 v 0 Huntsman Tioxide
Fielding a young side Norton took control of the game with Tioxide playing one short being hard pressed. After 15 minutes Noton's Sarah King opened the scoring after skilfull passing. By half-time Norton had Tioxide under constant pressure and with two further goals from Laura Whaley and Jenni Brown.
Norton continued the pressure in the second half with attacks from midfield players Laua Whaley, Sarah Holmes and Suzy Winn, age 13. Midway through the period Norton's Leanne Blackwell scored their fourth. Tiocide took control with some good attacking moves by Gail Worton, Lisa Morley and Vicky Stainer, but were unable to penetrate the solid Norton defence.

Stockton 0 v 2 Thirsk
Thirsk proved their strength against Stockton who played one short all the game. Thirsk played with commitment, defended well and passed the ball skilfully and effectively. It was no surprise when Thirsk's Lynne McKeown penetrated an under strength Stockton defence to take the lead.
In the second half Stockton were more positive and created more problems for Thirsk in attack and defence but Thirsk managed to break through the Stockton defence and score a second when Hannah Rogers put the ball past Stockton keeper Terri Martin. A penalty flick was awarded to Thirsk and had it not been for some excellent keeping and a great save from Terri Martin, Thirsk could have made it three. Player of the match for Stockton Caroline Jones and for Thirsk Katherine Bower.
