Durham women's team played at Sunderland on Sunday in the Northumberland & Durham County Championship and defeated the home club 7-5 to take third place and the bronze medals.
Also on Sunday, the Durham City boys team played at home to Edinburgh side Warrender and gave a good account of themselves in losing 15-10 to the Scottish junior champions.
On Saturday, the Durham City under-14s gained a convincing 19-6 victory away to Darlington.
Four Durham club members, John Franklin, Andrew Trotter, Oliver Metcalf and Rory Woods, played for the N&D County team in the national water polo championships, losing to Yorkshire at Huddersfield and drawing with Cheshire at Birkenhead.
