Brotton WMC v Lingdale Tavern

Lingdale began the better side pushing players forward but were caught on the break in the 20th minute when Ward ran through to give Brotton the lead. The rest of the half was even and this remained the only goal. Lingdale quickly made up the deficit in the second half. A corner in the opening minute led to a scramble in the goal mouth, Wright slotting in the equaliser. Ten minutes later Lingdale went into the lead when Calvert won the ball in midfield played a good 2-1 with Breckon and lobbed the advancing keeper. Brotton levelled again in the 70th minute through Scott and it seemed as if the match would finish equal but in the closing seconds of the game, Scott won the ball again, had a fine run up the wing and had a good shot saved by the Lingdale keeper, however Waters latched on to the rebound and netted into the open goal to give Brotton the points and enabled them to maintain their unbeaten record.

Goldsborough v Annandale Hotel

Annadalle took the lead in a close fought first half when Farndale beat the keeper with a well taken shot. The lead was short lived however when a defensive error allowed Swales to equalise. The rest of the half saw very few chances and the score remained level at the break. Throughout most of the second half both teams created half chances but couldn't break through until the last 15 minutes when Godsborough netted two quick goals courtesy of Dent and Welford to give a final score of 3-1

Gt Ayton v Boosbeck Utd

Gt Ayton continued their recent goal scoring spree, netting 5 against Boosbeck Utd. Busby played particularly well in midfield having a hand in all five goals and frustrating the Ayton defence. Murray opened the scoring early in the game to be followed by Toogood and Ripley adding their names to the score sheet to give Ayton a comfortable three goal advantage at the break. Boosbeck still had no answer to a confident Ayton side in the second half and when Ripley and Murray each scored their second the game was beyond reach despite all Boosbeck's efforts final score 5-0.

Hinderwell v Grangetown

After their recent disappointing results league leaders Grangetown travelled to Hinderwell hoping to get back on track. In the first half however it was Hinderwell who produced the most chances, producing seven shots but not managing to convert any of them and the score remained goalless. Grangetown's half time team talk had an effect and they came out in the second half in determined mood and their continued pressure led to a flurry of goals. Hinderwell's heads went down as Wake netted two, Batty scored an excellent hat-trick and substitute Millington finished the game off final score 6-0.

Lealholm v Anchor Inn

The match began with Anchor playing well and being extremely fast on the break, however they fluffed the few chances they had created and allowed Lealholm back into the game and score the only goal of the first half in the 25th minute. After a 1-2 with Dowson, Knight's pace beat the Anchor defence and he slotted the ball past the keeper. In the opening minutes of the second half Lealholm lost Carruthers through injury for the second week running and were disorganised for a while allowing Anchor back into the game, after Lealholm lost temporarily another player a few minutes later Anchor really began to pressurise and it took the efforts of Gibson inb the Lealholm goal to prevent the equaliser. Lealholm the regrouped and fought their way back, earning a second goal when a diagonal pass from midfield was missed by the Anchoe defence, Harland with just the keeper to beat made no mistakes. Anchor continued to attack but failed to create any scoring chance and the score remained at 2-0
