A WOMAN who turned to alternative therapy to cure her health problems is teaching the technique to others.
Pam Bracken, from Darlington, runs a business, teaching kinesiology, an oriental holistic therapy and treating patients.
Next year, she will be teaching a foundation course in applied kinesiology at the Thistle Hotel, Middlesbrough.
She said: "Six years ago I had health problems of my own which were successfully treated by kinesiology.
"This led to wanting to know more - and, more importantly, how and why. I decided to train as a practitioner, and treat other people with common problems such as allergies, migraines, back problems and irritable bowel syndrome."
The course starts on January 11 and successful students will receive a foundation certificate in kinesiology.
