The Carol Andrew Singers will be staging a programme of music to suit all tastes on Saturday, November 9, at the St James the Great Church, Melsonby.

EVENING LECTURE: An evening lecture by Howard Coutts, keeper of ceramics, will be held at Barnard Castle's Bowes museum on Wednesday at 7.30pm. Mr Coutts will speak about Josephine Bowes and The Road to Impressionism, with an introduction by the museum's director Adrian Jenkins.
