COLLEGE students are on the look-out for brave men to help make their charity fundraising successful.
Beauty therapy students at New College Durham are looking for male students and non-students to have their legs and chests waxed for Children in Need.
The waxathon will take place in the college's health and beauty salon at the Framwellgate Moor campus on Friday, November 15, between 9am and 4.15pm.
The money will go to the BBC's annual appeal, which raises millions for youngsters across the country.
The waxathon is being organised by beauty therapy lecturer Karina Moderate, who said: "We are hoping to raise as much money as we can.
"So we need as many volunteers as possible. All the money will make a difference by helping disadvantaged children.''
To take part in the waxathon, call Karina on 0191-375 4289.
